		Woodcarving Classes - Tuesdays 1 PM to 5 PM & Thursday 6 PM to 9 PM
		This is an exciting time for the Monona Historical Socety and Museum. The Willa Helwig History Center is officially open! With the addition of the history center, we have more room for exhibits and we can offer you opportunities for research, education and entertainment most communities only dream about. Please explore the web site and see what we have to offer. There are many new programs planned, so check back often to see what's in store. We are open year-round, Monday through Friday 1 to 4 and Saturday and Sunday by appointment.

			It is through a generous donation from this remarkable woman that the History Center exists at all. Willa has been the backbone of the Monona Historical Society and the Museum itself for many years. We are excited and proud to be able to carry on her work!
